Worship at Blue Ridge

Vibrant worship expresses and strengthens our community of faith. Through a blend of contemporary and traditional music, drama and inventive preaching, Blue Ridge Church proclaims God's great loving power in Jesus Christ. Together we live and share the Good News of God! As Presbyterians we believe the church is a universal company of Jesus Christ's followers actively engaged in sharing God's love with the world. Together in the church, believers are to worship regularly, grow their faith intentionally and give and serve generously.  Learn more about what Presbyterians believe.

Sundays at Blue Ridge

Our first service starts at 8:28 a.m. It's a little shorter than the 11 o'clock service and a little more informal. After that you'll smell fresh coffee and people will buzz around our worship space and entry getting ready for Sunday School at 9:45. The elementary children meet in the worship space, and the adults and teens use our other rooms. Plans are under way to add additional space, so at the moment, we are creative with our facility as we grow!

Sunday School ends at 10:30 and by then there are often munchies to go with the coffee. As some head out, and others begin arriving for the 11 o'clock service. There is more fellowship among the adults and kids often head outside to play. With 12 acres, we have a great outdoor space for kids!

At 11 o'clock our second service starts, with more fellowship time following. We have a quiet corner in the sanctuary with books and crayons for young children. We hope you'll join us as we our faith community grows. Communion is served the first Sunday of each month. Anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is welcome to receive communion with us.
