Worship at Blue Ridge

Worship is the heart of everything that we do at Blue Ridge Presbyterian Church. Through worship we discover, and rediscover, the holy presence of God and grow as followers of Jesus Christ.

Our services weave together elements of traditional and contemporary worship, drawing from ancient and modern expressions of the Christian faith. We celebrate the astonishing gifts of the senses, always looking for ways to engage sight, touch, hearing, and taste in worship, to open every possible channel to the good news of God’s love through Jesus Christ.

Children are always welcome and a nursery supervised by local preschool teacher Pat Barbara is provided for little ones. After each service there is fellowship time with coffee, juice, and snacks. Generations mingle in a hubbub of conversation, though on nice days kids will sooner or later zip outside to play—with 12 acres to run around in, there is plenty of room.
